Is there any other malware removing program I can download that will actually work?

Because this antivirus soft virus is not letting me use malwarebyte’s anti-malware and I really need this virus gone. And I can’t start this computer in safe mode with networking because the internet doesn’t work then.
I already tried using malwarebytes in safe mode but it doesn’t work. It says something about a run time error "0" or some crap like that. And I tried renaming malwarebytes to something else but it still just doesn’t work ;KDSLJAFLD;KJ

You have what is called ransom-ware. To remove these threats use ComboFix.

If you have trouble starting a program rename it to 1.bat or something like it. Be sure to rename the actual .exe file not the shortcut.
