Thanks I think it helped but should I install Firefox cuz IE firewall sucks….also would like 2 know if after downloading Firefox is it safe 2 remove IE, or can I delete my Log-In Profile (currently have just 1 running) and Create a New one and run as Adminstrator , ur help is greatly appreciated

I’m trying to use this on my laptop but when I was installing it and it asked to update I clicked on it but nothing happened. Idk what to do because this worked on my pc and I did the same steps. Someone please help me!!!
haig, i did this and my computer is working so much better, so far lol. so thanks a bunch, it’s good of you to help people. the free malwarebytes worked, it’s a wonder so many anitvirus programs cost you and then they dont really work. i had a couple of nasty trojans and a bunch of adware, like 49 infections and i have norton 360. how does this happen? thanks!!
